Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Care Partner to support CareLinx’s caregiver ecosystem. You will be the primary contact for caregivers after onboarding, helping them find opportunities that fit their skills, availability, and preferences while matching them with members who need care.

You'll coordinate matches, support scheduling and placement, resolve questions, and coach caregivers to succeed on the CareLinx platform.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Job Offer Management: Conduct interviews to ensure applicants align with CareLinx’s values and culture, representing the platform throughout the hiring process.
• Shift and Program Support: Identify and engage qualified caregivers to fulfill program requirements within timeframes.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers through regular communication and support.
• Support and Engagement: Encourage caregivers to utilize growth opportunities on the platform and stay informed on policies and resources.
