Job summary

Sharecare, Inc.'s CareLinx by Sharecare platform is hiring in Seneca, SC for an in-home caregiver. This role is a part-time, 1099 contractor position delivering non-clinical care in client homes, with scheduling managed through the CareLinx app.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting tasks in the app, and communicating with the CarePartner team. A background check, 6 months of caregiving experience, and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and light housekeeping.
• Document all care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes to the client’s condition to the care team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Maintain client privacy, dignity, and safety at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

• Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check
• Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):
• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
