Job summary

Careforth is seeking a Contact Center Representative to be the front door of our services. You will handle intake and customer service, guiding caregivers through eligibility and enrollment while advocating for their needs.

With a remote-first culture and flexible schedules, you’ll support caregivers nationwide, bringing empathy, strong communication, and multitasking to a fast-paced environment. Remote work with NY exceptions is noted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or intake experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• 1-2 years of phone sales experience.
• Empathy, inquiry and advocacy skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and advocacy.
• Engage with caregivers, care recipients, and referral sources by phone, email, and chat.
• Provide location- and care-specific information and resources.
• Proactively outreach to expedite eligibility and enrollment.
• Gather and document eligibility data including demographics and finances.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and company protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
