You will troubleshoot NCS and Kubernetes-based platforms, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive rapid incident resolution while supporting LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi and 5G core tech. Strong background in cloud infrastructure, OpenStack, and network protocols is required.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Nokia Container Services (NCS) experience required.
• Strong knowledge of LTE/VoLTE/VoWiFi and 5G core networks.
• Experience with telco cloud, cloud infra, and edge/cloud platforms.
• Proficient with OpenStack and Kubernetes-based platforms (CBIS, NCS, OCP, NRHO).
• Solid TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewall fundamentals.
• Knowledge of DNS, RADIUS, LDAP, MAP, Diameter protocols.
• Familiarity with AirFrame, HPE, Dell, EMC infrastructure and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Ansible, GitOps, and cloud automation.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical support for Nokia cloud and core network environments.
• Manage complex incidents, escalations, and service restoration.
• Troubleshoot Nokia Container Services (NCS) and Kubernetes platforms.
• Support LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and 5G core technologies.
• Diagnose IP connectivity, routing, DNS, and security issues.
• Work with OpenStack and Kubernetes platforms (CBIS, NCS, OCP, NRHO).
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer teams.
• Support network infrastructure and monitoring tools.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call support as required.
• Coordinate resources to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
