Partner Company is seeking a highly skilled telecom cloud engineer to lead resolution of complex issues across Nokia Container Services and CNFs. You will troubleshoot Kubernetes-based environments (K8s, OpenStack) and drive root cause analysis in a fully remote US contract role.

Ideal candidates have hands-on NCS experience, deep LTE/5G telecom knowledge, and a proactive approach to observability, automation, and service management.

Formación

• Hands-on Nokia Container Services (NCS) experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, 5G, and telecom cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with observability tools, automation, and service management processes.

• Engage with customers, engineering, and operations teams in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues on Nokia Container Services, Kubernetes, OpenStack, and CNFs.
• Manage critical incidents, escalations, and 24/5 on-call support as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to improve reliability.

Required Experience:

• Hands-on Nokia Container Services (NCS) experience is mandatory.

• Fully remote within the United States, contract employment.
