Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives and programs to position the pharmacy as an industry leader in patient experience and clinical services.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with external partners and resolve intricate cases.
• Supervise pharmacists and technicians, oversee daily operations and scheduling.
• Provide escalation support for pharmacy program issues and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet program objectives.
