Qualifications

• Program management: develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs.
• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, staff scheduling, and defect tracking.
• Compliance: ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Quality Assurance: develop success rubrics and monitoring programs to maintain high standards of care and patient safety.
• Process Improvement: identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
• High‑Touch Partnership Support: experience with partnership management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (G‑suite, JIRA) and data analysis tools (Looker) to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs, aligning with partner and organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, including new workflow and performance management, staff scheduling, and defect tracking (quarterly supervisor rotation).
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Develop success rubrics and monitoring programs to implement and monitor quality across programs to maintain high standards of care and patient safety.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects, coordinating with Enterprise partners and internal stakeholders.
• High‑Touch Partnership Support: Manage partnerships and serve as point of contact for external partners.
• Proficiency in project management tools within G‑suite, JIRA, and data analysis tools such as Looker to build and interpret reports for decision making.
