Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead and optimize pharmacy programs, sustain partner relationships, and ensure compliant operations. You will oversee daily workflows, coordinate staff, and drive continuous improvement with a strong clinical background.

The role emphasizes project management, regulatory compliance, and high-touch partner support across healthcare programs, with remote collaboration and national coverage.

Qualifikationen

• Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs, while driving alignment with partner, and organizational goals, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, including new workflow and performance management, staff scheduling and defect tracking, and reconciliation.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Quality Assurance: Develop success rubrics and monitoring programs to implement and monitor quality across programs to maintain high standards of care and patient safety.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
• High-Touch Partnership Support: Experience with partnership management
• Proficiency in project management tools within G-suite, JIRA, and data analysis tools such as Looker to independently build and interpret reports to drive decision making

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with external partners and oversee agents in pharmacy operations.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues from patients, providers, or partners and deliver exceptional customer service via phone, text, chat, and email.
• Ensure streamlined, compliant, and superior operations and propel continuous improvement initiatives alongside stakeholders.
• Support Specialty and Specialty-Lite programs and manufacturer partnerships with a strong clinical background.
• Drive program roadmaps, track milestones, and measure success through data-driven decision making.
