Fuze Health seeks a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead pharmacy program initiatives, drive partnerships, and manage projects across clinical operations. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cross‑functional collaboration with care providers and partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background to support Specialty programs, proven leadership, and experience in project management tools such as G‑suite, JIRA, and Looker for reporting and decision

Formación

Experience in program management and partnership management.
Ability to drive program roadmaps, milestones and metrics.
Familiarity with project management tools (G-suite, JIRA) and data analysis.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in healthcare/pharmacy.

Responsabilidades

Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs aligned with partner and regulatory goals.
Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs including workflow, scheduling, defect tracking and reconciliation.
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Develop and monitor quality rubrics to maintain high standards of care and patient safety.
Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency improvements across operations.
