Qualifications

• Strong clinical background to support Specialty and Specialty-Lite programs, and manufacturer partnerships.
• Exemplary leadership skills with ownership of team execution.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage pharmacy programs in alignment with partner and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, including workflow, scheduling and defect tracking.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated issues from patients, providers or partners.
• Drive program roadmaps, track milestones and measure success.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
