You will manage relationships with partners, resolve complex cases, and support escalations while ensuring exceptional patient care. The role emphasizes ownership of program roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership, with a focus on regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy required; Pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.
• Experience leading pharmacy programs or teams in a high-volume setting is essential.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs aligned with partner and regulatory goals.
• Oversee daily execution of programs, scheduling, defect tracking and quarterly supervisor rotations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacists/technicians to foster high performance.
• Create rubrics and monitoring programs to maintain patient safety and quality.
• IdentifyProcess improvements and drive cross-functional changes for scale.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet objectives.
• Provide escalation support for pharmacy program-related issues.
