Job summary

You will supervise pharmacists and technicians, drive quality assurance, and manage escalations while aligning with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. Strong clinical background is essential.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the United States.
• 4+ years experience in a high-volume pharmacy.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead key pharmacy programs and operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversee daily execution of pharmacy programs, staffing, and defect tracking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation across programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet program goals.
