Job summary

ClearDesk is seeking a Remote Home Care Scheduler to keep caregiver rosters organized for a US-based client. You will coordinate shifts, communicate with clients and caregivers via VoIP, and support the operations team to ensure reliable staffing.

You’ll work in a remote-first environment, with responsibilities spanning schedule maintenance, issue resolution, and light admin tasks. Prior experience in scheduling and healthcare-adjacent settings is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a BPO or Virtual Assistant role.
• Scheduling background is preferred; healthcare/home care experience is a bonus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work with remote teams.
• Familiarity with WellSky and VoIP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build caregiver schedules across multiple counties.
• Respond quickly to shift cancellations and no-shows.
• Handle client and caregiver communications via VoIP.
• Maintain records and case notes in WellSky.
• Coordinate with operations to maintain staffing stability.
• Conduct regular check-ins and generate weekly reports.
