Job summary

No Worries Care is seeking a remote Scheduling Coordinator to join as an independent contractor (1099). You will build and update caregiver schedules, fill open shifts, and ensure clients are covered while working from home.

This role requires at least 1 year scheduling experience, comfort with scheduling software (WellSky/ClearCare a plus), strong written notes, and the ability to communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and families. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of scheduling experience in home care or healthcare staffing.
• Calm, friendly, and organized on the phone and in writing.
• Comfortable with scheduling software; WellSky/ClearCare experience is a plus.
• Own computer, reliable internet, and a quiet place to take calls.
• Clear written notes and strong follow-through.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build and update caregiver schedules in the scheduling software.
• Fill open shifts and cover call-offs by contacting caregivers.
• Match caregivers to clients and keep availability current.
• Take calls from caregivers, clients, and families about schedule changes.
• Coordinate with the office team in Washington and Oregon.
• Leave clear notes so the office can pick up where you left off.
