Job summary

You will oversee daily program execution, ensure quality standards, and drive continuous improvements across Care and Hub Operations, with a focus on patient care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background to support Specialty and Specialty-Lite programs.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects with external partners.
• Ability to build and drive program roadmaps and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs, aligning with partner and regulatory goals.
• Supervise daily execution of programs, including new workflows and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Develop quality monitoring rubrics and periodic assessments of programs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive changes to reduce defects.
• Lead high-touch partnership support and coordinate cross-functional teams.
