Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Care Supervisor, Programs to lead and optimize pharmacy programs, partnering with external stakeholders and internal teams to deliver high‑quality patient care.

You will oversee daily program execution, schedule staff, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements while applying data‑driven decisions to improve outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical background to support Specialty programs.
• Experience managing pharmacy programs.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage pharmacy programs, aligning with partner, organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, including new workflow, performance management, staff scheduling and defect tracking.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Quality Assurance: Develop rubrics and monitoring programs to maintain high standards of care and patient safety.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
• High-Touch Partnership Support: Experience with partnership management.
• Proficiency in project management tools (G-Suite, JIRA) and data analysis tools (Looker) to build and interpret reports for decision making.
