• Supervise daily execution of pharmacy programs, including workflow, scheduling, and defect tracking.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Develop rubrics and monitoring programs to maintain high standards of care and patient safety.
• Identify areas for process improvement and drive efficiency and quality.
• Manage external partnerships and provide high-touch support to stakeholders.
• Utilize project management tools to build and interpret reports for decision making.
