Job summary

Wellthy is seeking a Care Adviser (In Home Support) to assist Care Coordinators and Advisers in addressing caretaking needs for families and individuals. You will conduct in-depth research, contact providers, and manage postings in Google Sheets and the Care Network, while interviewing candidates and performing reference checks.

You will report to a Care Manager and participate in cross-training on childcare and agency requests, with travel for events and flexible, collaborative teamwork across

Qualifications

• 3+ years work experience in healthcare or caregiving field, as well as customer service or administrative experience.
• Experience working in in-home health and/or healthcare staffing or recruiting preferred.
• Ability to work independently while being communicative and collaborative with Coordination Team.
• High school diploma required, Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ethical standards and a respect for client confidentiality.
• Ability to integrate and collaborate well with others while adapting to evolving service experiences.
• Knowledge of and ability to navigate the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tasks to support families and individuals and address caretaking needs.
• Conduct in-depth research, contact and follow up with providers, and communicate with Care Coordinators.
• Work within Google Sheets and Wellthy's Care Network; navigate job platforms and create postings.
• Interview in-home support candidates and conduct reference checks.
• Receive cross-training on childcare and agency requests.
• Report to a Care Manager and collaborate with Care Coordinators, Advisers, and Managers.
• Contribute to updating Wellthy guides and team resources.
• Represent Wellthy at events; travel expenses covered by Wellthy.
• Support non-client-specific work and contribute to team culture and marketing materials.
