Qualifications

• Minimum two years of medically-relevant experience.
• Licensed in one of the allowed states to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, evidence-based care via remote platform.
• Perform assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition for patients 18 months and older.
• Educate patients on pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.
• Document care in EHR per clinic policies.
• Coordinate with healthcare team including physicians, pharmacists, and nurses.
