Job summary

One Call is seeking an internal case management support professional to ensure the best continuum of care for injured workers. You will collaborate with all business units to coordinate services, advocate for needs, and support carriers until discharge by physicians.

Role requires RN/LPN/MA with 2+ years experience and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. The position embraces a remote-first environment with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN or MA with a minimum of two (2) years of experience or the equivalent combination of One Call processes and education.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate care for injured workers to ensure timely, cost-effective treatment.
• Conduct interviews and review records to determine care plans and needs.
• Coordinate discharge planning and post-discharge requirements with providers and carriers.
• Assist in training new associates and support process improvements.
