Job summary

One Call is seeking a remote-first case management support professional to ensure timely, cost-effective care for injured workers. You will collaborate with multiple business units to coordinate services until discharge or closure by the carrier and physician.

The ideal candidate has an RN/LPN/MA credential with at least 2 years of experience, strong communication, and solid organizational skills to manage complex cases and liaise with providers and clients.

Qualifications

• RN, LPN, or MA with at least 2 years of experience or equivalent mix of education and One Call processes.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication
• Proficient computer navigation and data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions

Responsibilities

• Manage cases related to work injuries, coordinating care and services
• Conduct initial calls to assess needs and plan of care
• Review records and determine required evaluations and treatment plans
• Schedule treatments, arrange transportation, and monitor progress
• Communicate progress to therapy teams, customers, and injured workers
• Assist in training new associates and support special projects
