Job summary

One Call is seeking an experienced nurse or medical administrator to provide internal case management support for injured workers. You will coordinate care, communicate with carriers, and ensure timely, cost-effective services while working in a remote-first environment.

Role requires RN/LPN or MA with at least 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in organizing multimodal care.

Qualifications

• RN/LPN or MA with at least 2 years of experience or equivalent mix of education and One Call processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage injured worker cases from referral to discharge with cost-conscious coordination.
• Conduct initial calls to assess needs, plan of care, and next steps.
• Coordinate treatment plans, arrange transportation, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely services.
• Document interactions, outcomes, and escalation as needed.
• Assist in training new associates and support process improvements.
