Job summary

One Call, a remote-first company, seeks an internal case management support professional to ensure the best continuum of care for injured workers. You will collaborate with all business units to deliver timely, cost-effective services, coordinating with carriers and physicians until discharge by the carrier or physician.

The role emphasizes analysis, coordination, and communication—reviewing records, arranging transportation, monitoring progress, and supporting discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to interact with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and timeline adherence; able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions based on patient needs and data.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal case management support to ensure the best continuum of care for injured workers.
• Coordinate with carriers, physicians, and other departments to align services and discharge plans.
• Review records, arrange transportation, and monitor treatment progress and costs.
• Assist in training new associates as requested by Nursing Department Training Leader.
