Qualifications

• 2+ years in child-focused behavioral health or public sector human services.
• 2+ years in family systems, case management, or related areas.
• 2+ years with Ohio delivery systems and local networks.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and may travel to New Albany office for trainings.

Responsibilities

• Be clinically and culturally competent with training to manage complex cases across child-serving systems.
• Evaluate member needs, benefits and plan care with appropriate referrals.
• Coordinate and implement care plan activities and monitor progress.
• Improve quality of care through collaboration with care teams and providers.
