You will respond to inquiries across channels, manage access and scheduling, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of information while using Salesforce for case documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in healthcare-focused customer support.
• Experience supporting a health plan is preferred.
• Excellent attendance and reliability in training and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide primary support for a regional health plan and related services.
• Assist with account access, benefits, scheduling, and healthcare navigation.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and maintain data confidentiality under HIPAA.
