Job summary

Cardinal Health's Sonexus Access and Patient Support seeks a Coordinator for Individualized Care. This remote role handles inbound calls, verifies patient needs, and drives one-call resolutions while coordinating with physicians, pharmacies and referral sources.

You will enter data into our system, perform follow-ups and support adverse event reporting. The position is full-time, with standard CST hours and remote work requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED is required.
• Pharmacy technician certification preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced call center environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and determine needs to provide one call resolution.
• Manage workload of inbound faxes and follow up as needed.
