Job summary

Centene is hiring for a remote care coordination role that must reside in Texas. You will support care management activities, perform member outreach by phone or home visits, and document the care plan to ensure continuity and satisfaction.

You will coordinate with providers and partners, assist with inquiries, educate on benefits, and maintain member records per regulatory standards. Requires a High School diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience. Pay range: 17.84 - 28.02 per hour.
