Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for members and providers seeking dental and vision benefit information.
• Verify eligibility, assist with referrals and authorizations, and answer plan questions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and ensure timely processing of requests.
• Review and process referrals and authorizations, aiming for timely completion (within 48 hours).
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve eligibility, claims, and authorization concerns.
• Maintain productivity and quality with a focus on customer service and HIPAA compliance.
