NCD Dental & Vision is seeking a remote Customer Service Advisor to provide the highest level of phone, email, and chat support to our members and providers.

This 100% work-from-home position includes 2–4 weeks of paid training, equipment provided, and a workspace setup requirement. Excellent communication and multitasking across interfaces are essential; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask by listening, typing, speaking, and navigating multiple interfaces simultaneously.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus (additional pay differential).

Responsibilities

• Handles inbound and outbound communication with members and providers.
• Communicates across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Reviews member products, answers questions, processes changes, and assists with enrollment and billing inquiries.
• Documents all interactions in CRM and maintains accurate notes.
