Job summary

Centene is seeking a remote Care Management Support Specialist to perform outreach, answer calls, and help schedule services for members and providers. The schedule aligns with EST hours and largely involves outbound calling. Prior call center or healthcare experience is preferred.

You will document non-clinical member records, assist with onboarding, and support connections to benefits and community resources to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• Requires 1–2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to members and providers by phone.
• Answer inbound calls and schedule services.
• Document non-clinical member records per policy.
• Explain care plan procedures and protocols to members.
• Provide onboarding support and distribute program materials.
• Refer to Social Determinants of Health resources as needed.
