In this role, you will document non-clinical member records, connect members with resources, and assist providers with care plan procedures, ensuring compliance with state and regulatory guidelines. Previous call center or healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to members via phone to support care plan steps and resources.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls from members and providers.
• Schedule services and coordinate care for members.
• Document non-clinical member records to comply with state and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding and sending welcome letters and educational materials.
