Responsibilities

• Outreach to members by phone to support care plan steps and scheduling.
• Assist members and providers with questions or concerns about care/service.
• Support onboarding and perform day-to-day administrative duties.
• Send welcome letters and program materials to facilitate relationships.
• Document non-clinical member records in line with state/regulatory requirements.
