Job summary

ARC North Kingstown, RI is seeking a Care Coordinator Manager to lead clinical care coordination across New England agencies. The role is remote with residency required in CT, MA, ME, NH, or RI.

Annual compensation ranges from $75,000 to $87,000, depending on experience, licensure, and education. Lead and mentor Care Coordinator teams, coordinate assignments, review assessments, and drive quality of care within Renew Health + Recovery’s home-based treatment program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred for leadership of clinical teams
• RN, LCSW or state license with active practice required
• Strong assessment skills and holistic health knowledge needed
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Supervise Clinical Care Coordinator Leads across Renew's New England agencies
• Assign and track Care Coordinator assignments; review weekly with IHSD
• Moderate and facilitate Case Review and weekly Care Coordinator meetings
• Identify training needs and coordinate with Training Team
• Attend SWAT meetings and assist with complex cases
• Maintain up-to-date education on addiction treatment trends and resources
