Job summary

Renew Health + Recovery offers in-home and virtual addiction treatment with a year-long program supported by a multidisciplinary team. The role supervises Clinical Care Coordinator Leads across New England agencies and ensures timely assignments, weekly reviews, and case discussions.

The position emphasizes motivational interviewing, holistic care, and ongoing professional development in SUD treatment, with remote work based in the U.S. States CT/MA/ME/NH/RI accepted.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of home or community-based health care experience within the past 5 years and a minimum of 1-year psychiatric experience.
• Substance Use Disorder treatment and knowledge of various pathways to recovery preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• RN, LCSW or state specific equivalent with an active license to practice in the state.
• Strong interpersonal and group communication skills.
• Appreciation and respect for principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of Clinical Care Coordinator Leads/Clinical Care Coordinators across Renew's New England agencies.
• Assign and track Clinical Care Coordinator assignments.
• Review week end assessments with Integrated Healthcare Services Director weekly.
• Look at all atypical ASAM assessments to IHSD for further review.
• Work with IHSD to compile case review list.
• Moderate/facilitate Case Review.
• Facilitate weekly Care Coordinator meeting.
• Identify training needs and discuss with Training Team.
• Attend SWAT meetings and assist with complicated cases.
• Exemplary motivational interviewing and deep listening skills as well as therapeutic presence.
• Maintain up-to-date education on current addiction treatment trends.
• Identification of client and family needs for services or resources and referral.
• Participation in on-going self-care practices to maintain work/life balance.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
