Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver excellent service to nationwide clients.

The position offers uncapped commissions, incentives, and opportunities for growth. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 6+ months in sales or customer service, and strong communication skills. Bilingual English/Spanish adds potential compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency with CRM and Office tools; strong written and verbal skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish qualifies for additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate information, address inquiries, and resolve concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and calls.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to clients.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
