Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master\'s, Bachelor\'s, Associate or high school with 2–12 years of Sales/Marketing experience and leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Track the progress of district marketing messages and programs.
• Provide feedback to district teams on marketing, allocation, and resources.
• Manage district teams to maximize performance and meet sales targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates.
• Ensure training compliance.
• Coach and counsel for development.
• Conduct performance reviews and competency assessments.
• Coordinate with district and cross-functional teams.
