Job summary

You will guide district teams, hire and develop talent, and align with cross-functional units to achieve sales targets and foster long-term physician relationships.

The role emphasizes leadership, biologics expertise, and strategic territory management with flexible remote/hybrid work where possible.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of specialty sales experience.
• Experience in biologics and healthcare environments.
• Ability to coach and develop sales talent.
• Strong understanding of local payor coverage.
• Ability to articulate clinical concepts and data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage district teams to maximize performance against sales targets.
• Screen, interview, and hire candidates for roles within the district.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and other units.
• Develop local Opinion Leader relationships to align objectives.
• Lead district sales meetings and coach for development.
