Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals seeks experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support launch and growth of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will drive prescriber activation, navigate IDNs, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure sustained utilization. Strong clinical depth and field execution are essential.

This remote role requires about 30% travel and a track record of exceeding targets in specialty pharma.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience launching or expanding complex therapies.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.
• Experience working with IDNs or complex healthcare systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory business plans.
• Drive prescriber activation and education with compliant messaging.
• Manage accounts within IDNs and coordinate with KAMs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Patient Services.
• Maintain compliant field activity and CRM documentation.
• Travel ~30% for regional/national meetings.
