Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals is seeking experienced Specialty Sales Representatives to support the launch of our cardiometabolic portfolio, including Plozasiran. You will drive prescriber activation, educate clinicians, and navigate complex healthcare systems to enable patient access.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in pharma sales, strong clinical depth, and proven success in launching or expanding complex therapies within IDNs and hospital networks. This role requires ~30% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 3+ years in specialty, rare disease, or cardiovascular areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans aligned to brand strategy and launch objectives.
• Deliver compliant, clinically accurate product education and data presentations to physicians.
• Differentiate Arrowhead therapies within a competitive cardiovascular landscape.
• Execute speaker programs, educational events, and peer-to-peer engagements.
• Support patient identification and therapy initiation through provider engagement.
