Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a seasoned da Vinci Cardiac Sales Manager to drive adoption of cardiac procedures with the da Vinci Surgical System. You will train and enable clinical teams, develop KOLs, and expand reference centers across designated regions.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with marketing, Clinical, Capital Sales, and Key Accounts to advance cardiac programs while ensuring excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (preferably in science or business).
• Cardiac clinical experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to build KOLs and centers with data.

Responsibilities

• Expand cardiac users across regions to Total Practice with da Vinci.
• Identify and convert high-potential leads through training pathways.
• Build Cardiac Reference Centers demonstrating clinical and economic impact.
• Relaunch cardiac pathways to sustain da Vinci programs.
• Launch the da Vinci Cardiac ecosystem for training and case insights.
• Develop autonomous surgeons, teams, and programs for Cardiac.
• Educate and train key opinion leaders on safe, effective use.
