Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Manager - Upper North/Northeast to drive adoption of the da Vinci Cardiac program across the Eastern and Western US. This leadership role focuses on strategic partnerships, KOL development, and expanding Cardiac references.

The position is remote with high travel up to 60%, requiring collaboration with marketing, clinical sales, and accounts teams to deliver training, program launches, and sustainable growth in cardiac procedures.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience.
• 1+ years of management experience.
• Proven ability to develop KOLs and Reference Centers.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%.
• Bachelor’s degree required (science or business).

Responsibilities

• Expand current Cardiac users across the Eastern/Western US to Total Practice with da Vinci.
• Identify and convert high potential leads by driving a da Vinci cardiac training pathway.
• Build da Vinci Cardiac Reference Centers: demonstrating Clinical, Economic, and New Technology impact.
• Relaunch da Vinci Cardiac pathways to build sustainable da Vinci programs.
• Launch da Vinci ECOSYSTEM to all da Vinci Cardiac Surgeons for programmatic development: Training, Simulation, MACA, HUB, and Case Insights.
• Develop autonomous surgeons, teams, and programs for da Vinci Cardiac.
• Educate and train Key Opinion Leaders (KOL’s) on the safe and effective use of the da Vinci Surgical System.
• Drive and develop care teams through training sessions on system operations and OR integration.
• Serve as a dedicated resource to KOLs and surgical teams with ongoing case support.
• Work with KOLs and teams to integrate the da Vinci system at existing sites.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and service activities as needed.
• Partner with local ISI sales team to execute a clinical plan for KOLs.
• Cross partnership with Clinical, Capital, Key Accounts, Marketing, Training and Education.
• Conduct hospital and surgical practice executive presentations.
