You will respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals and field staff, and collaborate with engineers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare experience is required.
• 2+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Capability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology or electro‑physiology concepts is expected.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Builds and sustains credible relationships with customers and shares product expertise.
• Provides engineering, sales, education and clinical support for CRM products.
• Develops and delivers training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
