Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader, seeks a CRM Product Support Specialist to be field-based in El Paso, TX. You will deliver engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products, interfacing with physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field staff.

You will train healthcare professionals, build credible relationships, and back up CRM Sales Representatives while applying your biomedical engineering background and CRM product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience or a program certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Must be able to obtain certification in CRM products.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff.
• Develop, lead, and facilitate CRM product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up sales support to CRM Sales Representatives.
