Job summary

Abbott, a global healthcare leader in diagnostics, medical devices, and branded products, is hiring a CRM Product Support Specialist. This remote/field-based role supports physicians and healthcare professionals, delivering engineering, education, and clinical guidance on CRM products.

You will train clinical users, build customer relationships, and back up field sales. A biomedical engineering background and CRM product certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Capability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or related procedures.
• Familiar with cath lab and OR procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical interface between medical community and business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products in response to field inquiries.
• Develop and lead CRM product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up sales support to CRM Sales Representatives.
