Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist in CRM for a field-based role based in El Paso, TX. You will deliver engineering, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products, engaging with physicians, healthcare professionals, and field staff.

The role requires a biomedical background, CRM certifications, and strong communication skills to train teams and build customer relationships. Travel and remote work flexibility are included as part of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of related experience or a certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business.
• Builds and sustains credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise accordingly.
• Provides engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products as needed.
• Develops and leads training sessions on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides back-up sales support to CRM Sales Representatives.
