Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• 2+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology, electrophysiology, or related procedures.
• Familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols.
• Strong engineering problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical interface between medical community and the business.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for CRM products in response to field inquiries.
• Develop, lead, or facilitate CRM product training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
