Abbott is a global healthcare leader seeking a CRM Product Support Specialist to provide engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for Cardiac Rhythm Management products. Based in the field with remote options, you will respond to inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff.

You will train healthcare professionals, maintain product knowledge, and back up CRM Sales Representatives while collaborating with engineers, vendors, and customers to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related healthcare field.
• 3+ years of related experience or a cardiac training program certification.
• Ability to obtain CRM product certification.
• Knowledge of cardiology and electro-physiology.
• Familiarity with cath lab procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support for CRM products.
• Respond to field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on CRM products.
• Provide back-up support to CRM Sales Representatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CRM product lines and trends.
