Job summary

Kestra is seeking a Territory Manager to secure new business and manage a sales territory independently. The role involves remote work from the territory, training, product support, and assistance with reimbursement processes.

Key requirements include 5+ years in medical device sales, 3+ years outside sales, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to drive in the assigned territory. Expect frequent travel and collaboration with Sales/Marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory and be able to drive with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure new business for Kestra within a defined territory.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and stakeholders; provide product training and support.
• Coordinate with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records and pipeline; travel as required (up to 90%).
