FNBO is seeking an energized, professional sales individual to build and grow our card personalization business. This role will be responsible for direct sales and growing the business through a multi‑channel strategy and relationship‑driven partnerships.

We are looking for a professional within the Financial Services industry with experience, a strong network of relationships, and proven track record of negotiating partnerships. Remote work option with travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Proven ability to secure partnerships with card issuers.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach and relationship-building.
• Lead full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Create premium sales collateral and respond to RFPs in collaboration with internal/partner teams.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and product teams to align on client needs.
