Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales with prior card or financial industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build external and internal relationships, and create long-term, profitable growth.
• Frequent travel of ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through outreach and relationship-building.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct direct sales at trade shows and industry conferences.
